Peripheral Blood – Whole Blood
Peripheral Blood Whole (PB) is collected in sterile systems containing either ACD:A, EDTA or CP2D anticoagulants according to customer specifications. Our standard anticoagulant is CP2D, with 63mL CP2D per bag, intended for 500mL draws. Please contact us for custom orders. Whole blood may be collected in vacutainer tubes with custom anticoagulants, syringes or transfer packs to accommodate low volume draws.
