Peripheral Blood CD4+ CD45RO+ Memory T Cells (PB-CD4/CD45RO) are isolated in a two-step process. First, Helper T cells are negatively selected from peripheral blood mononuclear cells. CD45RA+ cells are then depleted from the untouched CD4+ Helper T Cell population leaving the purified, untouched CD4+ CD45RO+ Memory T Cells.
