Peripheral Blood – Leuko Pak

Normal peripheral blood mononuclear cells are collected from healthy donors. For the Full Leuko Pak, approximately three blood volumes are processed using the Spectra Optia® Apheresis System and between 200-300mL of plasma can be collected at the same time as the mononuclear cells.
