Peripheral Blood CD8+CD45RA+ Naïve Cytotoxic T Cells (PB-CD8/CD45RA) are isolated in a two-step process. First, Cytotoxic T cells are negatively selected from peripheral blood mononuclear cells. CD45RO+ cells are then depleted from the untouched CD8+ Cytotoxic T Cell population leaving the purified, untouched CD8+ CD45RA+ Naïve Cytotoxic T Cells.
