Peripheral Blood CD4+ CD25+ Regulatory T Cells (PB-CD4/CD25) are isolated in a two-step process. First, CD4+ cells are negatively selected from peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Then CD25+ cells are positively selected using immunomagnetic anti-CD25 microbeads from the untouched CD4+ Helper T population.
