Peripheral Blood – CD34 Depleted Mononuclear Cells
Peripheral Blood – CD34 Depleted Mononuclear Cells (PB-CD34dep) are isolated using our proprietary density centrifugation protocol. The CD34+ population is then removed using immunomagenetic separation. The isolated MNCs can be used to isolate subpopulations, to study monocyte behavior and interaction, or in a variety of other applications.
