Peripheral Blood – CD19+ CD27+ Memory B Cells
Peripheral Blood CD19+ CD27+ Memory B Cells (PB-CD19/CD27) are isolated in a two-step process. First, B cells are negatively selected from peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Then CD27+ cells are positively selected using immunomagnetic anti-CD27 microbeads from the untouched CD19+ B Cell population, leaving highly purified CD19+ CD27+ Memory B Cells.
