Peripheral Blood Basophils (PB-Basophils) are isolated from whole peripheral blood in a multistep process. Whole peripheral blood is treated with HetaSep to deplete red blood cells. Then, basophils are negatively selected from the enriched leukocytes leaving purified, untouched peripheral blood basophils.
