Umbilical Cord Blood CD8+CD45RA+ Naive Cytotoxic T Cells (CB-CD8/CD45RA) are isolated in a two-step process. First, CD8+ cells are negatively selected from cord blood mononuclear cells. CD45RO+ cells are then depleted from the CD4+ pool leaving the purified, untouched CD8+CD45RA+ Naive Cytotoxic T Cells.
